At Seacoast Martial Arts Centers, we are committed to providing the highest quality of instruction to our young students through our approach of treating each student as an individual. Through our extensive experience and innovation, we recognize the needs of children at different ages and levels as they progress through our programs.
Our teaching goals are to produce strong minds and healthy bodies, confidence, self-respect, and a sense of pride and commitment while giving youths the opportunity to learn how to deal with conflict non-violently. All classes are led by professionally trained and qualified Black Belt instructors, specially trained to meet the need of youths in each age/level group. Martial arts training for kids will show marked improvement in:
PEE WEES - Ages 4 to 6 Specially designed to meet the needs of younger children. Classes are taught in a fun and structural format by use of traditional and constructive play drills with an emphasis on building confidence, respect, self-esteem and coordination.
Juniors - Ages 7 to 13 Classes for Juniors are split into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels with each class designed to meet the needs of progression through to Black Belt and beyond. Classes are structured to include proper stretching and calisthenics, self defense, confidence, self control, and building a positive character.
