Our style of Shaolin Kenpo offers one of the most comprehensive systems of martial arts by combining a diverse, multi-faceted approach to self-defense with cultural and artistic style. Its roots are based on the movements and principles of the five animal styles of Shaolin boxing: tiger, dragon, crane, leopard and snake. By integrating the four methods of fighting; striking, kicking, grappling, and felling with both circular and linear movements, it offers the student a complete system of practical self-defense that trains the mind and body to deal with any type of conflict while maintaining emotional balance.
Physical benefits such as strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination as well as confidence, self-respect, self-discipline, focus, concentration, and an ability to react and adapt to an ever changing environment are some of the qualities developed in our program. The program offers a beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes to bring the student through to Black Belt and beyond. Group classes and personal training are offered to meet your schedule.
